Chrome Extension and Proxy Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension handles user information when you use our proxy management service.

The Extension is designed to provide a simple way to enable, disable, and manage proxy connections. We respect user privacy and do not collect or sell personal browsing information.

2. Information We Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Browsing history.
  • Visited websites.
  • Search queries.
  • Website content.
  • Personal browsing activity.

The Extension may process only information required to provide proxy functionality:

  • Proxy server address.
  • Proxy port.
  • Proxy username and password when required.
  • Selected proxy server information.

3. Local Storage

The Extension uses Chrome local storage (chrome.storage.local) only to save user preferences.

Stored information may include:

  • Selected proxy server.
  • Proxy host and port.
  • Proxy authentication credentials.
  • Proxy enabled or disabled state.

This information is stored locally in your browser and is not used for analytics, advertising, or user tracking.

4. Browsing Traffic

The Extension does not monitor or analyze your browsing activity.

The Extension does not:

  • Record visited websites.
  • Store browsing history.
  • Inspect webpage content.
  • Create user activity profiles.

When a proxy is enabled, network traffic is routed through the selected proxy server according to the user's settings.

5. Proxy Server Logs

Our proxy infrastructure processes limited technical information required for service operation, reliability, and security.

We do not store browsing history or full URLs of websites accessed through the proxy service.

Proxy logs may contain only technical information such as connection status, timestamps, and service-related data required for maintaining the service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

Information may only be processed by service providers required to operate our infrastructure.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information processed by the Extension and our services.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their browser and device.

8. Extension Permissions

The Extension uses permissions required for proxy management:

Proxy Permission

Used only to configure browser proxy settings when the user enables or disables the proxy.

Storage Permission

Used only to save user preferences and proxy configuration locally.

9. Data Removal

Users can remove stored extension data at any time by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the Extension.
